Impromptu

I've made last minute decision to go back to my hometown on Saturday morning (23/01/2016). Made a decision to go back to KL at 4am for the weekend, send a quick whatsapp message to family chat group informing that I might be heading home later hoping that my family will read it when they are awake and my dad will manage his time to pick me up (yeah, I'm daddy's girl). Managed to buy 10am bus ticket back home once I've knocked off my shift at 8am. Quickly go back and have a quick shower and stuff my things into my backpack and took my passport and off I go, boarding the bus back home.

My dad have already arrived at the pick up area wayyyyy before I reach... :)

Didn't regret making this last minute decision to go back home as coincidentally it falls on a long weekend for Malaysia for Thaipusam festival and managed to spend quality time with the family.

Woke up early the next morning to tag along my dad, mum and sister to the fishery in Sekinchan (an hour and half ride) to get freshest prawns and fishes. Great experience gained seeing how they transfer the fishermen catches from the huge boat onto the jetty where they will sort the fishes, wash them and put them into the big box on the floor for the customers to choose put into their own shopping cart. Once they have done, they will proceed to the weighing area and payment area. Then they will put your fishes/prawns/squids/crabs into a cooler box, topped with ice and seal it for you and carry it for you and load the cooler box into the car for you.

It was a great experience and thank God I decided to go home!

The third day morning, I need to rush to the airport and fly back to Singapore as I need to work :'(

I cried a thousand times.

I don't know who to let me spill out my sadness to as all my best friends that I trust are all not around me now and I don't want to simply tell the problem I'm having now as I feel this is our personal matter.
I feel lonely, I feel demotivated, I feel sad, I feel my world has stopped spinning.
I don't know what to do, what should I do, what can I do...

TGIF

Nothing beats hanging out with the circle of friends that you love to end your stressful and hectic work and start the long awaiting weekend. =)

Hanging out with the friends that you enjoy spending time with is just a pure joy to release all the stress especially working in a fast pace environment with loads of stress.

Me and my friends planned to meet up tonight since few days back and the last minute location to meet up was at Bugis.

Common question (and I guess is the first world question) was asking and deciding where and what to eat. Although we already planned to meet up for dinner few days back but we did not plan what to eat yet (our usual style). At first, we plan to meet up at Clarke Quay for dinner as they opened till midnight and is convenience for us to eat and chat till wee hours without worrying they are closing the shop/restaurant and we have to find other places to continue our chatting. However, at the very last minute we've decided to meet up in Bugis instead.

Upon reaching Bugis, we walked to Liang Seah Street to explore what to eat there and ended up walking into Xiang Signature (Hunan Cuisine Restaurant) and ordered their signature steamed fish head, their homemade beancurd, vegetables and hotpot chicken. If you are a huge fan of Sichuan Cuisine, then you definitely can come and have a try. Me and my friends found that we don't really like Sichuan Cuisine as we don't like how the food taste. However, overall was alright (since we are able to clear the dishes! Except the chilies of course!)

New Toy

I bought myself a new toy!!!

I bought myself a new laptop...! Quite proud of myself as I bought my laptop with my own hard earn money. My previous laptop was 9 years ago during my foundation year and it has been loyal to me till my degree years.. Basically that old laptop my mum bought me has accompanied me till I've graduated from my degree!!

After I've graduated from my degree, my laptop started to give problem and slowly, i rely heavily on my smartphone or iPad and this makes me unable to update my blog always (yeah, I know, excuses).

After a long consideration of what brand I should go for and what is my most important thing that is a must have for my laptop. I'm quite interested with Samsung laptop but unfortunately, Samsung has no longer producing laptop into Singapore market!

Well, Samsung was my first option and since I can't get a Samsung laptop, my second option is Asus! After work today, went to survey Asus laptop price with my colleague who wants to go shopping as well. And at last, I've decided with this Asus laptop!

After much consideration and price comparing, I've finally made decision to buy this laptop from Asus store instead from the authorized outlets as buying from Asus directly have launching price of $200.00 cheaper than the usual selling price!

This is my first paying by myself laptop and I'm satisfied with it although it was a little over my budget. (Ok, time to go on diet to save more money for my upcoming Taiwan trip!)

Alright, I will stop typing now and wanna start exploring my new laptop!

Abandoned Site

Phewww... At last, I managed to log in my this blog account.

It has been so long since my last post. It has been years actually.

I have always wanted to update my blog and make my blog active back but the time seem to envy me. Actually I always sleep during my spare time. Haha

So many things had happened and from I have successfully graduated with Honours Degree few years back to I start my first full time job as a hotelier in a 4-Star Hotel in Petaling Jaya till now I'm working in a Medical Field in one of the restructured hospital in Singapore. (And I don't think I will want to update all these important life events due to my laziness)

Oh, one thing for sure that has not change is that I'm still attached with my boyfriend! Tying the knot soon??

I will try to make myself not lazy to update my blog. Well, I can't promise that I will update it frequently, but at least wont be months or years (I hope so)

It's NEW YEAR!!! Goodbye 2015 and hello 2016

There are a lot of ups and downs in year 2015 and thank God that I'm still strong facing difficulties and challenges. Hope year 2016 will do me good!! *Pray hard*
