For all these while when I was young, daddy used to bring us for holiday either locally or oversea.
Now, it is my turn to bring my family for holiday as I felt that it is time for me to take the responsibilities and bring my parents to enjoy life.
Thus, I've planed a trip to Taiwan paying for the hotel, air tickets and tour for my parent, me and sister. I've been talking about the trip since a year ago but I did not take any actions as I still need to do some research and plan where to go either.
After much research, I've decided to bring my parents to Taiwan as me and my parents haven't been to Taiwan before except my sister and I felt that it is a good opportunity to go there. Somewhere August last year I told my parents about this trip and my mum and sister are all excited about this trip but we still need to set a date and the date can only be set after my sister semester timetable is out. I've planned somewhere March as it won't be too cold for my parent and it is not too hot for holiday (since in Malaysia and Singapore we are having hot and humid weather all year long!)
End of November last year when my sister's timetable is out we finally set a date to go to Taiwan and that is where my dad is interested and asked me I'm serious about this trip and I said of course! Why you don't like Taiwan? He said no, I thought you girls are just talking only! LOL!!!
After much discussion with my family, we have finally set a date 28th March - 2nd April 2016 for the trip as it didn't falls on my sister midterm or final exam. I started surveying for flights and hotels since then and reading for their feedback about the hotels before making and room reservation.
End of December I bought flight ticket decided on AirAsia Premium Flatbed after thinking about my the comfort for my parents and I've also done surveying the prices for economy cabin for MAS and SIA and premium flatbed for AirAsia and the price are almost the same. Thus I've decided for flatbed as it will provide more comfort for my parents.
I've finally decided on the hotel as well as i think it was the best hotel in XiMenDing which is Westgate hotel. It is the most expensive hotel in XiMenDing but I still choose the hotel is because of the positive feedback and the convenience of it as well.
